Designed for smaller properties, our Mini Master Plan provides the same comprehensive lawn care services included in our Annual Master Plan, tailored for properties 1 acre or less.

Includes regular mowing, edging, and property beautification services twice a month, for an entire year. Do the math on this one, you are paying $15.34 per visit. Unless you have a time machine and can travel back to 1975, you won't find a better deal. The average cost of mowing 1 acre in 1975 was between $10 and $20 per visit.
Acreage Based Pricing
Our pricing is structured by acreage to ensure fair and efficient service for properties of all sizes.
Properties above an acre and up to 5 acres qualify for our discounted Master Plan Package. Properties of less than an acre qualify for the Mini-Master Plan Package. Within both of these packages, you save $100s and even with bigger properties $1000.00s of dollars a year.
